Benzo withdrawal can be a crazy, confusing roller coaster ride, and sometimes you need a guide map to find your way. In today’s episode, we explore the setbacks many of us face in benzo withdrawal. We look at some of the causes, identify seven common triggers, and share a couple of methods for managing them. I hope you find it helpful. We are feeling good for a while, maybe even believe we have healed, and then a wave hits us, sometimes out of nowhere. Why does this happen? And what do we do about it when it does?
