This is a VERY special episode for me as it’s the very first I officially introduce my ‘King’ - Ryan - to you all. And even though many if not most follow me online so have watched our love story unfold over the last 15 months, this is the official date and time stamp on my podcast where you hear our love story & get introduced to him for the first time.

This podcast is such an honest diary of my life, I’ve never deleted an episode, and love going back through the episodes myself to look at the evolution of my own life & remember time & date stamps for certain eras - but I can tell you with my whole soul, THIS episode & introduction is my most important & special yet.
