Lauren is a renowned mentor & specialist in trauma, addiction, mental health and well-being

Over the last couple of years Lauren has been focusing on motivational speaking mainly around addiction and self sabotage

She does talks for retreats, festivals, events, workshops and more

She has spoken across the UK & famously featured on behalf of The Amy Winehouse and Princes Trust, whilst also working closely with private schools and abroad in Hong Kong.

Lauren got sober at the age of 18 after battling addiction issues.

Her work extends to brands and companies supporting staff and employees with mental health, mindset, self esteem and well being matters.

Her platform aims to motivate people for change and inspire those to work on their everyday challenges.

Lauren has been awarded top ten motivational speakers to watch out in 2021 on Yahoo finance.
