TYR Wodapalooza SoCal provided us with some great moments on the competition floor and injected some new life into the team competition. Sean, Tommy and Lauren give their final thoughts on the event, how it can evolve and what kind of effect it could have on future competitions.

Tom Miazga just won his 8th championship in the seated with hip division. He joins the show to talk about his experience this past weekend in San Antonio at the Adaptive CrossFit Games, how he'd like to see the adaptive divisions grow in the coming years and whether or not he'll be returing next season for a run at a 9th title.
