In today's episode I interviewed Gina DiStefano, CEO of the DiStefano Group. With over 15 years of experience including people development, leadership coaching and talent acquisition, Gina DiStefano is a powerhouse whose ultimate intention is to help others live great lives.
She has coached on all levels from part-time employees to senior level executives. She began her career in Washington, DC after graduating from Union College with a degree in Psychology and holds certifications in leadership coaching and conflict resolution from e-Cornell University. After working in executive recruiting for several years placing finance and accounting professionals, she then joined Taco Bell Corporation working in HR. Gina left Taco Bell after almost 10 years and started her own coaching company 8 years ago. She has since expanded the company and is now working nationwide with large franchises and corporations across the country.
Her team consists of highly skilled consultants coming from WebMD, Yahoo, Taco Bell and Balise Lexus. Gina has been featured on various TV shows, Newspaper articles, and podcasts; such as InFocus, Mass Appeal, Good Morning, CT, Wake up CT, Confessions of a Burnt-Out Marketer, The Engine, Voices of the Valley and The Hustle. She Co-Hosted EMBEE Business and Marketing Sumit in 2017 with her CMO, Crystal Childs. She has also been asked to write for LinkedIn, and was most recently quoted in CEO Blog Nation. Gina has also created and trademarked systems that have been proven incredibly effective.
Her SUE YOU System has been turned into a highly effective workshop, and is the foundation of the company. She is frequently asked to speak publicly, and travels across the country delivering inspiring, insightful talks. Gina's true passion is evident. It is her ability to take people beyond themselves. She holds the power to see in business owners and leaders a clarity they have lost, or are unaware of. She excels in building solid cultures, people development, executive coaching and growing companies through people development and ensuring their marketing plan fits with who they are, and what they're trying to accomplish.
