Si estás buscando trabajo y recibes una llamada para una entrevista, no te pongas nervioso, no te bloquees, coge papel y lápiz y sigue estos consejos que me pasó una amiga experta en hacer este tipo de entrevistas.
Lo primero es conseguir toda la información posible sobre la empresa que va a entrevistarte, entra en Google y lee todo lo que aparezca sobre ella, visita su web, lee los contenidos que hayan publicado, explora sus plataformas digitales y entérate muy bien de su historia, los productos que ofrece, que tipo de clientes tiene, etc. Cuanta más información reúnas, más preparado estarás para la entrevista.
Retoca tu CV, asegúrate de que está actualizado, adáptalo si puedes al puesto de trabajo que buscan.
Actualiza y completa tus perfiles en redes sociales, es posible que las visiten para conocerte mejor.
Prepárate un pequeño discurso, no más de 2 minutos donde hables de tus puntos fuertes, tus habilidades, tus experiencias. Ensáyalo bien con algún familiar o algún amigo antes de ir.
Prepara una lista con las preguntas que creas que van a hacerte y ensaya las respuestas, otra vez necesitarás a alguien de confianza para practicar y sobre todo, ten preparadas respuestas a preguntas comprometidas como: ¿Cuáles son tus puntos débiles? ¿Has estado en el paro? ¿Por qué te despidieron?.
Piensa con cuidado que ropa vas a llevar. La primera impresión es muy importante, así que no te la juegues. Viste acorde con el puesto de trabajo al que aspiras.
Y por último, llega puntual, saluda sonriente y con un buen apretón de manos y llama al entrevistador por su nombre y mírale a los ojos, no escondas las manos ni cruces los brazos y suerte, mucha suerte.
