In this episode, we focus on our goals for this coming year, along with some things we have both used to help better ourselves and our relationship. We take a hard look at areas of our lives we have seen the most growth and we even get personal by discussing a little scuffle we had this morning. Vulnerability is at the heart of this podcast and today we wanted to share some things we have done to be just that with one another.
