It's not easy there is grief upon grief that has to be felt. There is inner wisdom that has to be listened to and hard things that have to be done. There is no road map because every path is different and at the end which is also the beginning there is US again and the whole beautiful painful journey is worth it.

That is just some of what we discuss here today. No quick fixes! No shortcuts! No easy answers! Just the reality of being a living breathing person trying to do right - for themselves and others.
