My guest Laura DeSisto will certainly inspire you to explore what your passions are and then do them! Laura is a wife, mother, and author who like many mothers, lost herself in raising her children. When they left home, she went through a period of depression. With the encouragement of friends, she decided to do something she always wanted to do, learn to dive and regain her love for the ocean. On her first dive, she encountered a shark and fell in love with it. Yes! You read this right! This was the beginning of a new stage in her life – the journey of soul searching and reconnecting with herself.
