Now that school is out many children are out of the house & playing with friends. As parents we need to be able to identify when that play becomes abuse. Child on child abuse does occur & takes many forms from verbal, physical to sexual. We developed this series to help educate parents of the signs of child on child abuse. When an occurrence is more than just normal play. We also take a look at psychopathy in children. Even though the American psychiatric association labels these children as conduct disorder with callous and unemotional traits” we disagree. We’ve seen firsthand the danger in ignoring behavioral traits in these children & not stigmatizing but having honest conversations with your child in summer safety & instilling early the see something say something.
