"The Unicorn Killer" is a chilling true crime story that delves into the life and crimes of Ira Einhorn, a charismatic countercultural figure who became infamous for his role in the murder of his ex-girlfriend, Holly Maddux, in 1977. Einhorn, known as the "Unicorn Killer," was a prominent figure in the 1960s and 1970s counterculture movement, advocating for environmentalism and peace activism.

However, Einhorn's outward persona hid a darker side. After Maddux's disappearance in 1977, suspicion fell on Einhorn, but he managed to evade capture for nearly two decades, during which he lived as a fugitive in Europe. It wasn't until 1997 that he was finally apprehended and brought to trial for Maddux's murder. But the trial isn't what you think and the case drags on for another 5 years before justice is really served,
