Ephraim Mkali Banda is a Journalists based in Mzimba. On 23rd of September, 2024, He Published a story about one of the Government Officials for being arrested over accusation of being found with stolen Phones that belong to M'mbelwa District Council which were donated by the World Bank under Climate Smart Project.
In this Interview, Mkali has also highlighted other cases that have been happening at the council but there is no progress with those cases.
