In this episode, we explore why many of us are trying to build new futures while clinging to outdated parts of our identity. The episode examines why we often resist letting go of career paths, relationships, or identities we've invested in, even when they no longer serve us.

While external guidance can be valuable, we're reminded that our own inner guidance system is our most reliable truth compass. The episode concludes with practical suggestions for discovering your truth through curiosity and stillness.
