Dr Dianne Sheppard, Senior Research Fellow at the Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC), opens the discussion with an overview of her work on the financial burden associated with work-related violence.
Professor Helen De Cieri, Director of Research in the Department of Management at Monash Business School, follows with an overview of her work on gendered violence in healthcare.
They are joined by Dr Sarah Oxford, Senior Researcher and expert in evaluations at ISCRR, with her summary of the results of ISCRR’s Environmental Scan of interventions for preventing and managing work-related violence and aggression in acute and home-based health services.
