Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) is more than just a tool for managing diabetes; it's a game changer that can revolutionize how we understand our overall health. With CGM, we can gain real-time insights into our body's response to food, exercise, stress, and so much more.

Being a woman in my late 50's in menopause with fasting blood sugar levels rising year over year, I decided to start wearing a continuous glucose monitor from Nutrisense.
