Whether you scroll social media but don’t think you have what it takes to create content or you’ve been trying your best but you’re not getting traction, Realestatable is here to help! In this episode, Tiffany and Ashlee offer tips and insights into making Instagram Reels that get attention and inform your followers. Brainstorm, create, and schedule your content to connect with clients and prospects in your region!
Make Engaging Content
First and foremost, have FUN! If you’re having a good time with it, it’ll be easier to make it consistently and whoever sees it will have more fun too.
You don’t have to reinvent the wheel! Think about what content you find engaging and make similar content for your audience.
Couple your fun content with informative captions. You want to create Reels that make people save, share, and follow you for more.
Authenticity Is Better Than Perfection
Don’t get sucked into trying to make everything perfect! Make things that are “good enough” and know that you’ll get better as you continue to produce content.
Share the positive parts of your experiences as an agent, but it’s okay to share the challenging moments too. It’s not all sunshine, and it’s not all doom and gloom. Find a balance that is authentic to you.

Home decor trends or ideas: Make seasonal videos or show places you’ve been staging – this can lead to lots of interaction if you’re consistently showing new items.
Cleaning: Tips, time lapse
Day-in-the-Life/Vlog: These are great for showing the reality of your experience and can be relatable for other agents while also giving your clients a chance to know you better.

“Going viral is not the same as getting followers.” – Ashlee Jankovich
“When we’re recording different social stuff, it’s like, ‘Is it good enough? Is it good enough to get out there? Is it showing who you really are and just being vulnerable?’ I think that’s a really hard thing because we come from a season of plastically perfect social media.” – Tiffany Klusacek
