In our conversation, Kelly briefly references being raped as an infant and how it contributed to her hip replacement in her 30's. We discuss how the ego mind is informed by the feminine energy, and how 90% of the communication that goes on in the bodymind is the body informing the mind (the ego).

From age 5 Kelly knew she’d be traveling the world teaching and showing others how to heal… but had no idea of the spiritual ass kicking she’d live through to cultivate the strength and wisdom to do so.
Kelly combines her wisdom from the “School of Hard Knocks”, professional training in somatic healing arts and as a teacher of Psychosomatic Therapy, to reprogram the BodyMind and courageously walk with humanity through the complexities of life.
