Lisa Petty, PhD is an author and teacher who specializes in helping women navigate midlife. Following an extensive career in nutrition and preventive health, she earned her PhD in Applied Health Sciences (Social and Cultural Health) from Brock University. She lives in the Niagara region of Ontario, Canada.
