Do you ever scroll through insta and suggestions appear of people you may know? Thats how I met Heather. I looked through her posts, watched her reels and for a few weeks just observed what she was up to... stalked, a little bit i guess. Heather's posts are honest and from the heart, she speaks form experience and whats even more admirable is she says things that other mum's may not feel so comfortable talking about, or are ashamed to say out loud. Heathers 'More than just Mum' business name is what really hooked me in, as i myself have had to remind myself that i am still there, i'm still Sally, whilst wading through a shower of sick. Heather is a confidence coach and business mentor. She helps women to find themselves again and live their life happy. Mostly her clients are mum's who feel like the have lost themselves and through Heathers own journey, she guides and helps to reinstate the confidence and self belief that was once there. Her story is an honest account of a woman who felt like she never fitted in and instead went and found her own tribe and mission. Heather is retable, down to earth and loads of fun.
