managed a portfolio of hundreds of clients during a pivotal transition from on-premises

software to the cloud, gaining a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle.

She later advanced to senior roles at Deltek, Celsius, and Merkle Science.

Sarah reflects on the operational realities of Web3 and why

early-stage companies must embed customer experience into their products from

day one. She talks about aligning sales, product, and support to create a

seamless customer journey, the nuances of working with community-led user

bases, and the leadership challenge of bringing structure to fast-moving,

founder-led organisations.
