Time to Pivot

“If you’re the smartest person in your circle, find a different circle!” is what I grew up hearing from my mom, and she’s right! Add this to all the other quotable quotes from Mom and lessons learned that have constantly kept me growing and evolving in my personal and professional life.

On this episode I’m discussing the value in seeking different groups of people to learn from, be inspired by, find aligned support with mentorship, and be challenged to pivot as you step into new opportunities to share your gifts with the world.

It’s easy to stay in our comfort zone with the same people we’ve known for years, but that can keep us stuck and less likely to grow, take chances, and pursue God’s calling and purpose for us.
