Hey everyone, welcome back to More Than Enough! We're so glad you're here with us again. This episode is a continuation of last week’s conversation, and if you haven’t listened to that yet, we’d love for you to go back and catch up. In that episode, we unpacked the incredible influence of modeling in our lives. We looked at how the behaviors, beliefs, and patterns we were raised with shape who we are today. But this week, we’re diving into what happens when we challenge those patterns and beliefs, especially the ones that don’t serve us.

In today's episode, we talk about how stepping away from our inherited narratives isn’t just possible—it can be the most empowering journey we take. This isn’t about rejecting our roots but about aligning with a higher calling to heal, grow, and create new legacies.

We start with the big question—how do we stop negative patterns in our lives from repeating? We talk about why it matters to recognize these influences and how we can begin making changes in our beliefs and behaviors. This isn’t just about us; it’s about impacting future generations and everyone around us.

This isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. We believe that when we allow God to heal and reshape us, we begin to model something new for the people around us. We become “ambassadors” of the goodness and wholeness He intends for all of us.

This episode is an invitation to see yourself as a bridge for others—a living example of what’s possible when we choose healing and transformation over resignation. We’re here to remind you that you’re not alone on this journey. Wherever you are, know that God is in it with you, and we’re cheering you on every step of the way.

We hope you feel encouraged, empowered, and maybe a bit inspired by our conversation. As always, thank you for being a part of our More Than Enough family. We’re so grateful you’re here with us on this journey toward hope, healing, and wholeness.
