As you turn with me in your bible to Acts 7 a thought comes to mind. Everyone wants their life to count. Most people want to believe that they made a difference in this world, a lasting contribution.

When I think of Stephen, the first Christian martyr that we read about here in Acts chapters 6-7 I’m reminded of another young man who was martyred for his faith in the prime of his life almost 68 years ago.
