Balancing the desire for growth with accepting my current state has been a battle I have faced for a long time.

In fact, I don't know if I've ever been able to hold the thought of being happy with what I have while looking for more.

But can we be content with where we are while searching for more? The struggle to harmonize these opposing thoughts has been exhausting for me.

Moreover, the notion that life could actually be easy is a resistance that I grapple with.

Today, I welcome back a guest who left an indelible mark on our hearts with her previous episode. Christine Meyer rejoins us, and the reasons are clear – her insights resonated deeply with listeners, myself included.

Christine Meyer is more than an Executive Life Coach; she's a guide to transformation. Her book "Keep It Simple, Smartypants!: Stop Overthinking. Start Aligning. Live Happy" speaks volumes about her mission.

Working with thought leaders and entrepreneurs worldwide, Christine helps them navigate the complex path of aligning their goals with their true selves.

As I strive to learn the art of acknowledging where I stand, defining where I wish to journey, and then daring to take those steps, I invite you to embark on this exploration with us.

The path Christine illuminates involves setting forth, regardless of the direction, all the while keeping a vigilant eye on the voice within and our self-imposed limitations.

Prepare to be moved, challenged, and inspired by this conversation.

“With every choice you make, with every evolution that you have, with all of the expansion that you experience, it clarifies more. When you have one meal, you’re not done eating forever. You’re going to want another meal.”
- Christine Meyer
