The plaintiff says she was driving eastbound and the defendant was headed westbound and turned drastically, and they collided. Now the defendant won’t cover the repairs, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff ran a red light and T-boned her. She denies owing.

Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is her daughter, and she’s lived with her for five years. She claims her daughter had her arrested on trumped-up charges, and also owes her back rent, so she’s suing. The defendant says her mother has been arrested twice for hitting her and has tried to evict her family.

Plus, the plaintiff says he rented an apartment from the defendant, but he still doesn’t have his security deposit back — three years later. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff left damage and furniture behind and owed back rent. She’s countersuing for additional repairs.
