Minutes before the plaintiff was supposed to walk down the aisle with her daughter, 14 of her guests weren’t there because the defendant forgot to pick them up. Now she’s suing. The defendant argues that he was never told he was supposed to pick up guests from the hotel.

Plus, the plaintiff says she moved from Pittsburgh to New York and rented an apartment from the defendant. She claims the place was a disaster and should have been condemned for mold, bare sockets, and more. The defendant won’t return her money, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff and her daughter drove to New York, saw the place, and loved it. She claims the plaintiff is a loon who broke the lease, so she’s entitled to keep the money.
