Reed was in talks to be the next head coach of the team, but has brought up issues since visiting the campus (recently Bethune-Cookman decided not to hire Ed Reed, which will be discussed in a follow-up episode). Was Reed right to call out the university and is there a widespread issue with the way HBCU's are managed?
