We're back again with PhD behavioral neuroscientist, Michelle Niedziela. She is an expert at psychology, neuropsychology and consumer science. Last time she was on the show, she shared her experience working for Mars Chocolates and Johnson & Johnson's R&D teams doing consumer research. She also shared how electroencephalograms work, that's the EEG brain scans and how they use them during consumer research. So excited to talk about emotions and taste and smell, and all how all those experiences can drive consumer behavior.
