There are days when you’re just not feeling it. And that’s okay. Take a break. You can choose to push past it if you want to, but really push past it. Take the energy around you and utilize it. Either be all in or all out. Don’t give only partial effort. Give everything you can give, whether you’re taking a break or not. Take care of yourself.
