Tony Castronovo is a multi-family investor with 880 units! Starting out as an oil and gas engineer, he headed for Texas for his ‘dream’ job, but found not many jobs in the industry. He found work as a management consultant, but saw a relative who had gotten into single family rentals. Tony decided with his background in construction this would be a great way to make some additional money, so got busy with investing, flips and other vehicles in 2000. After having much success, Tony went full time in 2014 with his own real estate investing company, Novo Multi Family Group specializing in the multi family space, and now coaching others with Grit to Growth to design their dream life with real estate investing!

Bio

Tony Castronovo, Founder & Managing Partner of Novo Multifamily Group, is a seasoned multifamily real estate investor with experience in acquisition, due diligence, syndication, capital raising, construction, asset management, and overall asset strategy implementation. He has been invested in approximately 880 units, including a combination of general partner, limited partner, Co-GP, and independent ownership.

Tony complements his background with a 25-year management consulting career, advising clients on project portfolio investment management. He holds higher education degrees in Engineering and Construction Management. Finally, Tony is the founder of Grit to Growth, a transition & performance coaching business where he helps empower entrepreneurs to live an intentional life by design!
