In this episode, I interview Ginger Hultin of Champagne Nutrition, based in Seattle Washington. I met Ginger a few years ago through our volunteer work for the academy of nutrition and dietetics. Ginger shares how she knew it was time to leave her clinical job and transition to private practice, how she was intrapreneurial during her time in clinical, and the importance of the know-like-trust factor in relationship building.
