Litha, Summer's Celebration. We have come off of May Day for those who ceremonially celebrate. Our school years have ended. We are now basking in the warmth of the sun, at least in the Northern Hemisphere. The grass is green. The promise of a harvest is on its way. It's summer! Celebrate the solstice by wearing pale yellow, blue, green, and/or white. Invite essentials such as Roman Chamomile, Lemon, Lavender, and Thyme into your diffuser.
