We would also touch upon how as a business user such as a process owner, change driver, transformation lead, or decision maker you can leverage this service to navigate through your business process transformation journey from insight to action & maximize process excellence.

Jürgen Adolf is an SAP Product Manager specializing in SAP BTP Security. He helps customers explore and understand the security products and features available through SAP’s technology platform, answering questions about their value and benefits. Jürgen also presents at SAP and non-SAP conventions, leading lectures, and hands-on sessions, while channeling customer and market security requirements back to SAP’s development teams.
