Hey! Welcome back! I this episode I am discussing the importance of having boundaries in the bedroom. Do you have any boundaries? Are you coal about what you like or DON'T like?? I for one was never vocal about what I actually needed from my partner which is another indication that I did not love myself first. Self-love needs to be practiced in every area of your life and that includes the bedroom. Many women think it's all about pleasing the man or giving him what he wants because you think that's going to keep him. When in reality you are only depriving yourself.
