@off99seattle has taken Seattle by storm with their well curated focus on classic house and Detroit techno. What most people don't know is OFF99's parties started at the same time as Routine in the same club. While we typically don't put on classic house parties, we had the chance with Makes Me Human (aka @rhizome-seattle) to bring out Soichi Terada and OFF99 was our first immediate answer for opening.
