Michael Cummings has been in the sports and fitness industry for over 20 years. He started as a personal trainer until he graduated from SDSU with a degree in kinesiology emphasizing in Physical Therapy. He then moved into the strength and conditioning field receiving his education primarily through EXOS. After working with several high-level teams he accepted a role at SKLZ, where he developed the SKLZ performance training line of products and content.
