During the conversation Robert and Steven talk about the creative path, stepping things up in 2022, recounting Steven's placement in his first bodybuilding (Men's Physique) competition, and the long awaited story about meeting Joe Rogan.

14:57- Samadhi is doing the 75 Hard Challenge for the third time starting January 17th, 2022.

17:34- To prepare for his first Men’s Physique competition, Samadhi did a bulking cycle for four months and then a four month shredding cycle.

18:15- After about five or six weeks, he got the results from his show and learned he placed dead last. He was in tears for about five minutes, but ultimately it has been a blessing and significant motivator to improve in all areas on and off the stage.
