Senator Fatima Payman is set to unveil a new political party, which she says will "be talking to disenfranchised Labor voters, who believe Labor has lost its way."

The Senator says while the party will be progressive, it will recognise that it's "important to be pragmatic" - reconfirming that the party won't be faith based.
