Tyler has been with Trevor and Kale for several years now and when the business needed a leader for the Sales side, Tyler became one of those key players and stepped up to take those reigns and responsibilities so that Trevor and Kale could focus on other parts of the business.

In this episode they talk about the struggles of balancing being a good father, partner, and provider, growth to become a better person, and how money won’t solve all problems.
