Créée en 2015 par Benoît Bouscarel et Charlotte Waelti, deux anciens de Radio Campus, L'Onde Porteuse est une association clermontoise qui œuvre pour l’insertion au travers du journalisme.
L'association gère un Atelier Chantier d’Insertion (l’ACI), une radio (Le Chantier), et développe un Institut de Formation (l’IOP). Elle met également son expertise sur l’audio au service d’initiatives sociales, culturelles, associatives ou institutionnelles.
