#28: Managing expectations when your life is turned upside down with Alex Headen of Pavilions

Thank you Alex for sharing your story. I don't throw the word inspiration around ever but this is an inspirational story that you need to hear. A couple days ago it was a year to the day that Alex's life was turned upside down when playing a gig. He plays bass guitar, lead guitar and drums for various bands. Whilst playing drums for a Korn tribute band he suffered a stroke around 2 minutes into a song, finished the song (SAVAGE) and then collapsed and taken to hospital afterwards. 1 year later I caught up with him and discussed the incident, current situation, how it's affected his perspective on life.
