Ursula Kuehn is a retired certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Past President of UQN and Associates, a consulting/training company to government agencies and commercial corporations in various project management services. When I asked Ursula on how project control professionals can move into the Project Management, she responded: “Get some good leadership training because once you become a project manager, leadership is really the biggest part of your job. As the leader of your project, you're the one that is responsible for everything and so when things go wrong, you're the one that somehow has to get through it.”.
