Falcon Gold CEO Karim Rayani joined Steve Darling from Proactive regarding the progress of the company's inaugural drilling program at the Great Burnt Copper Project in Central Newfoundland. The program faced setbacks earlier this spring due to unusually high water levels, which hindered access to the property. In response, Falcone Gold had to secure additional permits to construct 8 kilometers of new road to reach the drilling site. This construction is expected to be completed by the end of this week, and the company will provide further updates once the drilling equipment is mobilized. Rayani explained that the drilling program aims to test up to ten geophysical anomalies with a planned drilling depth of up to 1,100 meters. Falcon Gold's Great Burnt project encompasses 2,275 hectares and is strategically located north of, and adjacent to, Benton Resources Inc.'s Homeland Nickel Great Burnt Copper-Gold joint venture.
