Child found dead inside duffel bag in March identified as missing 4-year-old boy

• A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody after she allegedly stabbed her grandmother to death early Wednesday morning inside their Cobbs Creek home.
• Police have identified the child found inside a duffel bag in West Philadelphia in March as 4-year-old Damari Carter, who was reported missing three months earlier.
• Philadelphia’s Bicentennial Bell is almost ready to ring again. The historic bell, gifted to the United States by Britain nearly 50 years ago, was officially hoisted in place on the grounds of its new home, the Benjamin Rush Garden at Third and Walnut streets.
