Dr. Tracie Addy is the Associate Dean of Teaching & Learning at Lafayette College and co-author of “What Inclusive Instructors Do: Principles and Practices for Excellence in College Teaching”. In today’s episode, Kara talks with Tracie about her new book as well as the practice of inclusive teaching.
