The Prime Minister has been accused of ‘costing lives’ by scrapping the Rwanda scheme after it was revealed that the number of migrants dying in the Channel has increased more than fourfold in a year.

The Government will launch a major consultation on the future of the NHS, promising to put patients and staff at the heart of its 10-year health plan. Nick speaks to Care Minister Stephen Kinnock.
