Through his connection with the NOPD and Chief Ann Kirkpatrick, Pastor Jacques Williams has been able to not only help secure safer streets as a community liaison/violence interrupter, he has been pivotal in not only helping secure the arrest of several suspects but has also helped to develop a stronger bond/rapport between the community and NOPD. His goal is to help redevelop the mindset that prevailed years ago when the police and Pastors had the trust of the community, and, as a result, the community helped to eradicate the criminal from their boundaries.
