Mark Thomas is a down to earth, honest and unusually frank Policeman of over 2 decades.

In this episode Mark talks openly about his battle with PTSI but the difference with Mark is he is a still a serving/current Vicpol member.

Mark was able to recover enough from his PTSI to be able to RTW but much of that was because of the unwavering support of his supervisors. His immediate supervisor understood more than many about how to deal with a member trying to manage psychological injuries, and the difference that has made in Mark’s recovery is to be honest, incredible.
