I agree. When it came to me I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2021 unaware of my triggers so when things became overwhelming or frustrating, I would lash out and blackout. Tell me if you think that's cool or normal. Well to me, it's not a normal reaction during intense situations but it is a very normal reaction to PTSD.

In this episode, I was blessed to sit down with a marine veteran, entrepreneur, author, poet and so much more. Mr. Benjamin Ford, where he shares his stories of the military, talks about business and his healing process for PTSD.
