પહેલી નજર માં આ એક શારીરિક ક્ષમતા ને પડકારતી એકટીવીટી લાગે ,પણ એવું નથી . આ પ્રવુતિ હકીકત માં તમારા મનોબળ ની આકરી કસોટી કરે છે. આ ચેલેન્જ બોય બિલિડિંગ માટે નથી , પણ તમારા માં શિસ્ત અને સાતત્ય ના અત્યંત મહત્વ ના ગુણ ને વિકસાવવા માટે છે.

75 હાર્ડ ચેલેન્જ 5 'બિન-વાટાઘાટ કરી શકાય તેવા નિયમો'થી બનેલી છે જે 75 દિવસ સુધી પૂર્ણ કરવાની રહેશે:

1 આહાર, કોઈપણ આહારને વળગી રહો, બિલકુલ આલ્કોહોલ અથવા ચીટ ભોજનની મંજૂરી નથી.

2 દરરોજ 45-મિનિટના બે વર્કઆઉટ્સ પૂર્ણ કરો (તેમાંથી એક બહાર હોવું જોઈએ, પછી ભલે હવામાન હોય)

3 દરરોજ 4.5 લિટર પાણી પીવો

75 Hard Challenge - Ankit and Andy Frisella.

At first glance this may seem like an activity that challenges physical abilities, but it is not. This practice really tests your willpower. This challenge is not for boy building, but to develop in you the very important qualities of #discipline and #consistency.

The #75HardChallenge is made up of six ‘non-negotiable rules’ which have to be completed for #75days straight:

1 Stick to a diet, any diet , Absolutely no alcohol or cheat meals are allowed.

2 Complete two 45-minute #workouts per day (one of them has to be outside, no matter the weather)

3 Drink 4.5 litres of water each day

4 Take a daily #progress photo

5 You must read 10 pages of nonfiction daily, and it must be #inspiration
